Privacy Policy — Eyeglass Frames Sourcing

Eyeglass Frames Sourcing collects inquiry fields that you submit through the public form so we can restate a sourcing brief and request factory quotes. Typical fields include name, work email, optional phone and company, product requirement text, and optional budget or supplier-preference notes merged into that text.

How we use inquiry data

We use the information to contact you about the request, to restate specifications, and to communicate with factories you authorise us to approach. We do not sell inquiry lists. Helper controls for budget and preference do not create separate database columns; they append to the requirement field at submit time when JavaScript is available.

Retention and access

Inquiry records are kept only as long as needed to process the sourcing request or to meet a legal obligation that applies to the correspondence. You may ask us to correct contact details by writing from the same work email used on the form.

Third parties

Factories that receive a restated brief see the product, quantity and destination information required to quote. Hosting and email transport providers may process technical logs. This policy does not cover those providers' own sites.

Updates

If this text changes, the updated version appears on this page. Continuing to use the inquiry form after a change means you accept the published wording for new submissions.
